Please Read Carefully so that You Understand the Repair Process

  1. Fill out this Support Form with the required information (serial number, box size, other).

  2. Visit www.summit-to-sea.com/instructions and scroll down to watch videos on how to FOLD your chamber.

  3. Summit to Sea will request a Return Authorization number from the repair facility.

  4. Summit to Sea will email you a FedEx label along with the RMA number.

  5. Ship your *CLEAN* chamber by securely taping the FedEx label to and writing your RMA on the outside of the box.

  6. The repair facility will receive and repair your chamber.

  7. Summit to Sea will send you an invoice for the repair and shipping if your chamber is not under warranty. If your chamber is still under warranty, you will only be charged for shipping.

  8. Once the invoice is paid, we will ship your chamber back to you and provide a tracking number at that time.

Five Easy Steps to Help You Get Your Chamber Repaired

  • STEP ONE
    Fill out this Support Form with detailed information. The age of your chamber determines where the serial number is located. Please click here for reference.

  • STEP TWO
    Provide a detailed description of your issue in the comment box.

  • STEP THREE
    Send pictures of your issue to sendpicstosts@gmail.com. We can zoom in, NOT out. Please provide at least one photo from a distance embodying the entire area in question.

  • STEP FOUR
    The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please try to make the box as small as possible (as larger boxes increase shipping charges). If you have the manufacturers box, please let us know in the comments. If you need to purchase a box, follow the recommendations below:

    SHALLOW DIVE: 30 x 24 x 12

    DIVE or DIVE Vertical: 48 x 24 x 12

    GRAND DIVE Horizontal: 48 x 24 x 12

    GRAND DIVE PRO or GRAND DIVE PRO PLUS: 36 x 30 x 16

    Note: U-HAUL packing centers typically carry similar sized boxes.

  • STEP FIVE
    In order for a technician to work on your chamber, it must be *CLEAN* . If we receive a dirty chamber we will send it back to you to clean (incurring additional shipping fees and time delays).
